  • Co-chair of the successful 2023 campaign to Invest in Arlington, an override allowing Arlington to increase teacher salaries and maintain essential town services.

  • Member of the negotiating team which reached a 2025 agreement with the Arlington Educators Association. In a year when there were multiple long-term teacher strikes, we came to an agreement with value added for both sides, without fuss or drama.

  • Co-author of multiple articles about the Foundation Budget and its role in state funding for education
